- Franklin Court Independent Living is subsidized through the U.S. Dept of Housing 202 program.
- Residents pay 30% of their adjusted income as rent.
- To qualify, a person must be 62 years of age or older.
- To qualify, one person cannot have an annual income of more than $25,700; two people not more than $29,350.
- There are no residency requirements, applicants are accepted from anywhere in the U.S.
- The complex is currently fully occupied. Applications are being taken for the waitlist.
