Each apartment in Franklin Court has one bedroom as well as all the desired comforts of home: a kitchen with appliances, a living/dining room, and bath. Because apartments were fit into an historical building, each apartment is unique in its layout and design.

   All offer large windows, wall-to-wall carpeting and a variety of closets and storage. Electricity, water, and heat costs are included in the monthly rent. A full time property manager and superintendent are on always on call. The facility also offers an on-site Resident Services Coordinator who helps residents deal with personal problems they may encounter.

   The center of historic Bristol is located just a short walk away, as is an attractive assortment of churches, shops, Town Hall and Rogers Free Library. Just two blocks away is the Town Common where many free activities are offered during the summer. Fire and rescue personnel are also close by for quick emergency response.
