East Bay Community Development Corp's goal in this area is to help families and their communities to thrive by providing affordable places to live through rental or homeownership.

   Our family living sites offer one, two, and three bedroom apartments in various houses in the picturesque town of Bristol. We have apartments for low to moderate-income singles and families as well as market rate units. We also take advantage of opportunities in the community to purchase homes in need of repair and convert them to one family homes, which we in turn will sell to first-time homebuyers at a reduced rate utilizing the land-lease program.

   Currently, East Bay CDC is working to expand their inventory of affordable housing units in response to the increasing demand in the area for apartments that low to moderate-income families can afford to rent.
